About this trail
One of the greatest hikes near Muscat. Crosses the arid Hajar Mountains on an ancient donkey path, revealing the turquoise fjord-like coves of Al Khairan from the summit.
Sea turtles are often visible in the bays below. Ancient rock art found along the route. The view from the top is described by many as the finest in Oman.
