Raysut is a practical working port, and the beach next to it offers a quieter alternative to the more popular Al Haffa and Mughsail beaches. The mountains of Dhofar provide a stunning backdrop year-round.

Getting there

Fly to Salalah from Muscat (~1.5 hrs) then drive west 10 km to Raysut. Alternatively drive 1,040 km on Route 31 south.

Fly from Muscat to Salalah — the drive is very long
